Foil
Used as a surface to position and heat drugs that produce inhalable vapours. Unlike some household and store-bought aluminum foil, harm reduction foil does not have a coating and is thicker to avoid the foil disintegrating. When foil starts to breakdown, toxins from the disintegrated foil can enter your lungs and cause serious health issues. Harm reduction foil also works to prevent the overheating of drugs.

Paper straws
Single use colored straws can be used for snorting crushed/powdered drugs or inhaling vapour from heating drugs on foil. Providing different colored straws supports individuals to have their own new straw, reducing the likelihood of using and/or sharing sharp plastic straws or dollar bills. Disposable cookers
Single use container used for mixing and heating drugs prior to injection in place of spoons or bottle caps. Comes with filter and post- injection dry swab. Alcohol swabs
Used to clean a site prior to injection. If people do not have access to soap and water, they may want to use a swab to clean their fingers and thumb before an injection. Do not use swabs on the injection site post injection – this may lead to increased bleeding and scar tissue. Swabs may also be used to wipe down other surfaces including pipes. Alcohol wipes do not kill Hepatitis C on surfaces. Using alcohol swabs removes dirt and bacteria to prevent infection.

Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C –100mg)
Vitamin C acts as an acidifier and is added to the drug and water solution in the container or cooker to dissolve certain drugs before injection. Internal condoms
The internal condom is a tube made up of a sheath and 2 flexible rings, which keep the condom in place when inserted internally. It is closed at one end, and designed to form a loose lining to a person's vagina. The inner ring at the closed end fits inside the vagina, just behind the pubic bone. The outer ring at the open end stays outside the vagina, lying flat against the area around the entrance of the vagina.
Internal condoms are very effective in preventing pregnancy and some sexually transmitted infections, including HIV, as long as they are used properly.
